3. Billing and Currency
All service fees are transparently displayed and processed in Indian Rupees (INR) for your convenience. Full payment is required before the initiation of any technical build or the confirmation of a coaching slot. Your data is protected via industry-standard, secure payment encryption protocols.
4. Customer Loyalty and Conflict Mediation
We operate with a generous client-centric refund model. Should any issues arise, we encourage you to engage with our dedicated help desk to resolve matters through our direct reimbursement channels, which avoids the delays associated with formal bank inquiries or chargeback proceedings.
5. Ownership of Assets
All unique strategy models, educational materials, design blueprints, and specialized source code developed during our partnership remain the property of Nova Sync Global LLC until the project is formally finalized and accepted by the user.

Payment Returns and Cancellations
RETURN AND CANCELLATION GUIDELINES
1. Total Satisfaction and Security Pledge
For Nova Sync Global LLC, ensuring you are satisfied is our fundamental goal. We take pride in the excellence of our technical developments and advisory programs. To provide you with total peace of mind, we have established a robust, flexible refund framework across every category of our professional services.
2. Tech Services (Custom Web Construction and AI Solutions)
Website Architecture: We strive for visual perfection. If you're unhappy with the initial design concepts, we offer a comprehensive redesign phase. If the final deliverable still doesn't meet your requirements after these adjustments, you can claim a 100% full refund. Intelligent AI Implementation: After your AI tool is live, you can evaluate its performance. We will refine and retrain the system if it fails to meet your needs. If you remain dissatisfied after our modifications, a full refund will be granted.
3. Advisory Services (Life Coaching, Dubai Transition, Design)
The Initial 5-Minute Rule: We value your commitment. If you attend a 1-on-1 session and realize within the first five minutes that the material isn't right for you, simply end the session and inform us to receive an immediate full refund. Missing Appointments: We recognize the complexity of your schedule. If a session is missed, your credit is preserved. You can either prioritize a new time slot without further charges or opt for a complete reimbursement of the session fee.
4. Refund Disbursement
Approved reimbursements are sent back to the original funding source (Card, UPI, or Bank) typically within 5 to 7 business days, subject to the timelines of your specific financial service provider.
Clause 3.2: Consultations may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Late adjustments or failing to show up may result in service fees or losing the session credit.
Clause 3.3: Missing a scheduled meeting without any prior notification will lead to the forfeiture of the funds paid for that session.
Clause 3.11: Users may return physical goods to the company headquarters within fifteen days of arrival for a full price refund, provided the items are unused, in their original state, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

5. Data Storage Period
